Last week our Emerging Leaders completed a 12 week program by presenting an assignment to the CPM Consolidated Group Board. Our leaders pitched new company values and ideas, highlighting the importance of engaging with our staff and ‘unlocking hidden value’ for our clients.
Overall the Board was impressed with the quality of their ideas and will consider their recommendations going forward.
The Emerging Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is designed to develop and grow the capability of our future leaders and equip them with tools for success.
