Aldoga North Access Road (ANAR), Gladstone – Civil Roadwork Project

The Aldoga Precinct in the Gladstone State Development Area (GSDA) holds large land allotments for industrial development. Access to the land is paramount to the expansion of Queensland’s industries during industry development and acquisition processes. The road access (Flynn Road) to the northern land parcels of the Aldoga Precinct is proposed to be severed by QR expansions attributed to the Wiggins Island Coal Terminal project. The expansion includes the North Coast Line which is a rail corridor parallel to the ANAR.

Gladstone services Corridor, Gladstone – Civil Earthworks Project

Prior inclusion of the Targinie Precinct in the Gladstone State Development Area, the Materials Transportation and Services Corridor was established to provide the interconnection of infrastructure between the Eastern Boundary of the Aldoga Precinct and the port facilities at Fisherman’s Landing. Previously works have been constructed which link the Rio Tinto Yarwun Refinery to the Port Precinct at Fisherman’s Landing. This Project provides an 8 Kilometre (KM) corridor linking Hansen Rd, adjacent the Rio Tinto Yarwun Refinery, to the eastern boundary of the Aldoga Precinct and is referred to as the Gladstone MTSC.

Collingwood Park Mine Remediation, Ipswich – Mining Remediation project

A significant subsidence event occurred at Collingwood Park in 1988. Subsequent to a further significant subsidence event on or about 26 April 2008, the Queensland Government made an undertaking to meet the cost of rectifying damage to existing homes in Collingwood Park, Ipswich, affected by mining related subsidence. CPM were engaged through The Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovation (DEEDI) to deliver works in regards to technical studies to determine a long term mitigation solution including the geotechnical investigation, CSIRO research , financial modelling, 3D void modelling and full scale field trials.
