We are delighted to welcome Ramesh Nair to CPM as a Senior Project Manager, Engineer.

Over nearly three decades, Ramesh has built a career delivering major marine, port, transport and civil infrastructure projects across Australia, the Middle East and Asia. From Defence wharf and jetty infrastructure through to ports, bridges and marine facilities, his experience spans projects that demand technical precision, disciplined delivery and strong stakeholder collaboration.

As a Chartered Professional Engineer and Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland, Ramesh combines deep engineering expertise with practical project leadership. His approach reflects the qualities we value at CPM: technical excellence, clear governance, collaborative relationships and a commitment to successful project outcomes.

“I've always enjoyed working on complex infrastructure projects, particularly marine works, and CPM delivers services across challenging projects in the industry,” said Ramesh. “What I like most about CPM is its values: people first, collaboration, adaptability and legacy. I'm looking forward to working alongside the team and our clients to deliver projects we can be proud of for years to come.”

CPM’s Business Leader – People, Aaron Beake said: "What stood out to me about Ramesh wasn't simply the scale of his experience, but the way he approaches the work. He combines technical expertise with sound judgement, values strong relationships, and understands that successful project delivery is ultimately about people working well together. Those qualities make a real difference to clients and project teams alike."

We look forward to the experience, perspective and leadership he will bring to our projects and our people.

Welcome to CPM, Ramesh.
