OUR EXPERIENCE
Expertise shaped by experience
Every infrastructure project presents a different combination of challenges, stakeholders, opportunities and constraints.
Over two decades, CPM has supported infrastructure owners, operators and delivery teams across a broad range of sectors, project environments and investment programs throughout Australia.
Because experience is most valuable when it can be applied, we bring lessons learned from past projects to help clients make informed decisions on the projects ahead.
Experience that informs better decisions
No two projects are identical, but many face similar challenges.
Across our work, we have supported projects at different stages of development and delivery, in a range of operational environments and across diverse infrastructure sectors. This breadth of exposure helps us recognise patterns, understand context and adapt our approach to the needs of each client and project.
It also means we can draw on practical knowledge gained through delivery, helping clients navigate uncertainty, strengthen decision-making and move projects forward with greater clarity.
Explore our project experience
The projects below demonstrate the breadth of CPM's experience across infrastructure sectors, project types and delivery contexts.
Each case study provides insight into the challenges addressed, the role we played and the practical contribution made alongside our clients. Together, they show how experience gained through delivery continues to inform the advice, oversight and support we provide today.
