From major rail corridors and underground tunnels to energy and mining developments, Felix Kaiplinger has built a career helping complex projects move from planning through to delivery. That experience now comes to CPM, with Felix joining our team as Project Manager, Engineer.

Felix's background spans contractor, consultant and client-side environments, giving him a practical understanding of the priorities that shape project outcomes.

What stands out is not only Felix's technical capability, but his approach to working with people. He is known for building productive relationships, bringing clarity to complexity, and creating alignment across stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.

"Felix brings a combination of technical rigour, commercial awareness and practical project delivery experience that will add real value to our clients and our team. Just as importantly, his collaborative approach and willingness to share knowledge make him a strong cultural fit for CPM. We're pleased to welcome him to the business and look forward to the contribution he will make," said Aaron Beake.

“I’ve always been driven by projects that make a real, lasting difference,” said Felix. “What drew me to CPM was the talent of the team, the variety of projects, and a genuine culture of collaboration. I’m thrilled to step into this role and help deliver great value for our clients and the community.”
