We’re pleased to announce two changes to our board and leadership structure for CPM Advisory and Project Management. 

CPM Consolidated Group is proud to welcome Greg Chemello to the CPM Group Advisory Board. The growth of the CPM Consolidated Group of companies, both in number and size, has necessitated the expansion of the Group Advisory Board.

In March 2023, CPM launched our Mentoring Program – a voluntary 6-month opportunity supporting team member development through the guidance of a mentor.

On Friday 31st March we welcomed our largest ever team to CPM’s Quarterly Team Meeting. It was great to welcome new team members, and for everyone to have a chance to connect and catch up in person.

At our recent AGM we celebrated our collective achievements with the inaugural CPM Awards, recognising our people and project teams who bring our values to life in their work and interactions.

Constructionarium helps graduates gain skills and build networks by working on a real project. It provides a safe environment where participants can develop teamworking skills, problem-solving capabilities and get hands-on experience building a replica of a larger structure.
